What are the Hot & Cold Sleeves?
Our sleeves combine compression with heat or cold therapy. This way you can target pain, stiffness or swelling in joints and muscles.
Who are the sleeves suitable for?
Athletes with muscle or joint complaints
People with (chronic) pain, stiffness or injuries
Anyone who wants to accelerate recovery or preventively cool/heat
How do the sleeves work?
Cold therapy: reduces swelling, inflammation and muscle pain
Heat therapy: relaxes muscles, stimulates blood circulation and promotes recovery
Compression: provides extra pressure and better absorption of heat/cold
How do I use them?
Heat: heat the sleeve in the microwave or warm water (according to instructions)
Cold: place the sleeve in the freezer for at least 2 hours
Pull the sleeve over the desired body part (arms and legs). Of course, it can also be used separately for other body parts.
How long does a session last?
The sleeves are flexible and suitable for the arms and legs. Of course, the sleeves can also be placed separately on other body parts.
How do I maintain the sleeves?
The sleeve is removable and washable (hand wash, no washing machine)

What size do I need?
The Flamengo Hot & Cold Sleeves are available in S, M and L.
- S: circumference 20–30 cm (e.g. ankle, forearm, small knee)
- M: circumference 30–40 cm (most knees, calves, elbows)
- L: circumference 40–50 cm (thighs, large calves or wide joints)
What does science say about the benefits?
Both heat and cold therapy have been proven effective in pain relief, inflammation inhibition and recovery. Read more on our Science page.
SHIPPING, WARRANTY, DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. You often receive the product the next day.
Please note, the carrier does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. In the case of orders placed on Saturday, this means that you will often not receive the product until Tuesday at the earliest.
We do everything we can to process the order as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your product as soon as possible!
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping and return costs are free from 50 euros.
What can I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you have any damage to the product, we ask you to contact us info@flamengolife.nl.
If possible, include photos of the damage to speed up the process. We will help you with the report as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my product?
If you would like to return or exchange the product, please contact info@flamengolife.nl.
We will then help you further.
You can return or exchange the product within 30 days, provided you have adhered to the terms of our warranty policy.
In most cases, the paid amount will be processed within 14 days. This also applies if you exchange the product.
Where do you ship orders from?
All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This means you benefit from fast delivery and reliable service.
